About the Area & Attractions:
1/2 block to open Forestry Land for hiking, biking, jogging, Cold Creek Trail, yet close to all amenities, shopping, restaurants. Casinos and night life less than a 5-10 minute drive. The beach/lake Tahoe for boating, boat rental,Paddle Boat tour,and dinner cruises are all within about a 10 minute drive.
There are 3 golf courses in South Lake Tahoe, the well known Edgewood is a fabulous place to play, a round of golf to remember for ever. Incline Village on the North side of the lake and Carson City in Nevada are about 1/2 hour drive away.
Heavenly Valley Ski Resort is 5 minutes drive. Sierra Ski is about 15 minutes
drive.
Camp Richardson a 10 minute drive, has a great marina,beach and outdoor dining with live music.
