We are a management company that rents out vacation homes in the Disney area. We have 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom homes with private pools and 2 and 3 bedroom condos with community pools.
We have been in the Property Management/Vacation Rental business for 12 years and have an excellent reputation within the travel industry.

| Policies: | Our homes and condos are non-smoking and we do not allow pets. To make a reservation, we require a $200 booking deposit which is deducted from the total amount due, then the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are making the reservation with less than 30 days until your arrival date, full payment is due. |
| Other Fees: | Our minimum stay is 4 nights. If you are staying less than 7 nights, then a cleaning fee will be incurred and depends on the size of the home (between $65 - $100) |

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellation Policy : 60 days or more before arrival = no charge. Between 60-45 days before arrival = $35.00. 44-21 days before arrival = $100, 20-8 days before arrival = $200, 7 days or less = 50% of rental amount. No shows will be billed at 100% of rental amount. | |
