| How does Key Vacation Rentals work? |
On the home page of Key Vacation Rentals you will find the quick search feature. This tool allows you to search by country, state, city, region, travel dates, price range or vacation type. You may also use the Search Central tool for a more advanced search.
Those interested in vacation rentals may search or browse through all the active properties immediately without registering. Property owners may also view properties without logging in, but must login if they wish to modify or delete information from their vacation rental property listing.
If you wish to post, modify, or delete your vacation property rental listing, you will need to first login to the Key Vacation Rentals System. If you are a new user, click on the Add My Property link, located at the top of the home page. This is a quick and easy process that allows you to register, submit payment and upload your property information. Once you have registered, you may then login using your username and password. Be sure to save your username and password, as it will be required to modify or delete your vacation rental property listing in the future.

| I am unable to login or I forgot my password. Can I still login? |
Please use our Password Recovery service to retrieve your password. It is important that you enter the e-mail address that was used to create your account so that Key Vacation Rentals may instantly your password to your e-mail address.

| How do I list my vacation property on Key Vacation Rentals? |
Listing your property on Key Vacation Rentals is simple and can be done in three easy steps. Click on the Add My Property link to get started. Next, fill out the one page registration form and select the payment package that best suits your needs. If you have multiple properties, you may contact us for custom pricing and assistance uploading your data.
Once the registration is complete, you will have immediate access to add your property photos and descriptions. Once finished, click the submit button and your vacation property will be active for vacation property renters to search immediately. Please note that if paying by check or money order you will have immediate access to add and edit your property, however your vacation property will not become active until your payment is received.

| How do I upload photos of my vacation property rental?

Key Vacation Rentals allows up to 10 photos per property. Photos of your vacation property may be uploaded at anytime, but we recommend that you add photos during your initial sign up to immediately maximize all the benefits of advertising with Key Vacation Rentals. You may also add, edit or delete your photos after sign up at anytime.
To begin, login at the Owners Login link for Key Vacation Rentals. Once you have successfully logged in, click the 'Add/Edit Property Information' link, scroll down until you see the 'Upload Photos' link on the right. Here you can upload the photos directly from your computer.

| Why is my account/property not active? |
Your vacation property listing is activated once payment is received. If you paid via credit card, your property will be searchable immediately. If you are unable to locate it, broaden your search to see more results. Also make sure that your vacation property information is correct. If you are still unable to locate your vacation property listing, email us at support@keyvacationrentals.com so that we may resolve this issue for you.
If paying via money order, your property will be activated and searchable the same day that payment is received.

| How do I modify my vacation property rental listing? |
Key Vacation Rentals allows vacation property owners unlimited access to their vacation property rental listing. You may modify your vacation property listing after logging in from the homepage and then clicking on the edit link for the listing you would like to modify. This will bring you to the property information page. Modify the information and click the save button at the bottom of the screen.

| I have multiple properties to list? Is bulk pricing available? |
Key Vacation Rentals offers custom pricing for multiple properties. This is perfect for agencies, brokers or owners with more than five properties to list. Up to five properties is $99/yr each, and our custom pricing makes advertising multiple properties with Key Vacation Rentals affordable. Your listings receive all the same great features as a single property owner at the normal rate. If you would like to add more than five properties, please contact us for bulk pricing information.
We can also assist you in uploading your multiple properties at no extra charge or even take care of the entire upload for you - whatever is convenient for you. Support for a live data feed is also available.

| What if I have photographs of my vacation rental(s) but have no means of scanning or converting them to a .jpg file for uploading?

We will scan, optimize and upload your print photos for you at no extra charge.
