| Policies: | 1 Bedroom rate based on 2 people, with 4 person max. 2 Bedroom rate based on 4 people, with 6 person max. 3 Bedroom 3 bath rate based on 6 people with 8 person max. Max includes infants and cannot be all adults $10/night for each additional person. 4 night minimum in the summer. 2 night minimum otherwise. One child under age 2 stays free. All occupants must be 25 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent. Spring and fall rates are 25% off the summer rates. Winter rates are 35% off the summer rates. |
