A Bed and Breakfast in Lee, Massachusetts
Built in 1800, Devonfield is set on a 29 acre pastoral meadow shaded by graceful birch trees, with the rolling tapestry of the Berkshire Hills beyond.
The main house is beautifully appointed with period antiques and also includes a guest pantry that is always fully stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn and fresh baked cookies.
About Us:
A full sized refrigerator is available should you choose to bring any special refreshments. Devonfield’s guest accommodations are all spacious, with private baths that include hairdryers and make-up mirrors. Quilts, down comforters, plush sheets, towels and TV/VCRS are in every room. Many have wood-burning fireplaces and some have Jacuzzis and include fine terry robes.
All rooms have complimentary cognac, hand-made chocolates and bottled water. You’ll start your day with a delicious full country breakfast that proudly features food items that are locally grown and/or prepared. Devonfield has its own exercise room, tennis court & 20’ X 40 heated pool & Greenock Golf Club is a “6 iron away”. Area

| Policies: | Minimum Stays: Three nights for July and August weekends. Two nights for October weekends. Rates and minimum stays may vary for holidays and special events.Check-in and checkout times: Check-in time is 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. A late check-out may be arranged when possible for an additional fee of one half the room rate.Extra Person: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each extra person in a room is $35 per nightRoom Rates: Room rates do not include the 9.7% room tax.Age Limit: Children over twelve are welcome. Inquire about possible exceptions. Cancellations & Refunds:
Deposit and Refund: A full deposit is required for one-night stays. A 50% deposit is required for two nights or longer stays. Deposits will be refunded only if notice is received by our office no less than 21 days prior to the intended date of arrival. A service charge of $35.00 per room will be deducted from the deposit. Guests who check out before the last day of the reservation will be required to pay for the days reserved in full. We realize that situations may arise necessitating cancellation within the 21 day limit, and do sympathize, however we must maintain our business policy due to limited season and high accommodation demands. A partial refund may be possible only if we are able to re-book the room(s). We must have a deposit on all rooms in order to guarantee the reservation. | |
