Cancellations & Refunds:
Full payment of rent is due 30 days prior to the intended arrival date or the reservation may be canceled without notice. In case of cancellation, the owner will retain the deposit unless the unit can be rented for the intended rental period less a $50.00 fee. NO refunds due to weather, road conditions, power outage, change of plans, or early departures. During your winter visits, stay tuned to TV/Radio/Weather stations for storm warnings or watches. Depending on the severity of the storms and your location, it is your responsibility to take necessary precautions. If full payment has not been paid 30 days prior to arrival and renter did not cancel the reservation 30 days prior to arrival, renters will be responsible to pay 50% of full rent. Deductions from the deposit may be made for cleaning charges, laundry, garbage removal, damages to the property, doors and windows left unlocked, telephone calls billed to the owner, or for holdover beyond checkout time. The balance of the deposit shall be refunded within six weeks (6) from the renter's departure date, together with a statement showing any charges made against the deposit by the owner. Holdover beyond 2:00 p.m. is not permitted. Other damages to the cabin exceeding the security deposit will be charged to the person on the contract. | |
