The Electra One Bedroom Suite is the ideal Vancouver home-away-from-home for business and leisure travelers. Suitable for 1 - 3 people. We have three identical suites available.
The Electra building is on the corner of Nelson and Burrard St., centrally located in downtown Vancouver. Please visit Location page for maps.
The Electra One Bedroom Suite features:
Quiet corner unit with 9 foot high floor to ceiling tinted windows providing a panoramic view of Downtown Vancouver.
Hardwood floor.
High speed internet access / wireless connection.
Full cable TV with movie channels, DVD, and Stereo system.
Free local telephone calls with voicemail.
Fully equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils.
Bedroom has a solid Pine bedroom set with pillow top queen size bed, fine
linens, Down Duvet comforter, and four pillows assures you of a good night
sleep.
Living room with a pullout double size Sealy sofa bed.
All bedding, linens and towels.
Iron, ironing boards, hairdryers, and AM/FM alarm clock.
First Aid kit on site.
Complimentary coffee and tea.
All utilities including heat, air conditioning and electricity.
A small office center with fax, laser printer, copier, and scanner is
included. A computer is available upon request at no extra charge.
Free laundry facilities located on each floor.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and once every two weeks.
Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request, for an additional fee.
Approx. 617 sq. ft.
Access to The Electra's Fitness Club with dry saunas, showers, and lockers.
Recreational facilities include a billiards room, Home Theater room, Table Tennis room, Party room with full kitchen, outside patio with BBQ area.
Secure bicycle storage room.
Parking space available for $10.00 CAD per day.

| Policies: | We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard, Cash, Traveler's checks, Bank transfers, certified checks or money orders in US or Canadian funds.
Registered guests must be 21 years of age or older.
The Electra is an adult preferred building. However, children over 10 years old accompanied by an adult are
welcomed.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM due to housekeeping requirements and no
later than 9:00 PM.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit is refundable with a 45 day
cancellation notice. $20 cancellation fee will be charged. | |

Deposits:
Short Term Stay, (Less than one month):
1.) A deposit of $200.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival and payable by personal check,
Electronic funds transfer, Visa, or MasterCard.
Extended Term Stay: (More than one month):
1.) A deposit of $500.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) One half month security deposit is payable upon check-in, and will be refunded upon check-out.
3.) First month rental is due upon check-in and payable by Cash, Traveler's
checks, Bank transfers, certified checks, money orders, Visa or Master Card plus
processing fees.
